Hetty is pro-active and takes care that things are organised. In her time at TenneT Hetty has supported me in managing my calendar, scheduling important meetings and archiving correspondence. Hetty unburdens me as she timely sees issues coming and manages to solve them in little time. Furthermore she is flexible as she continued to support me and my team when I have changed positions, even though this was not formally within her task description. She also pays attention to team dynamics and has a personal focus, which is really appreciated by all teams she has worked in.
